AB-SOFT Sp. z o.o. the owner of the CLOGERS brand including the CLOGERS.COM online store, based in Rabka-Zdrój (34-700), at ul. Za Raba 2 ("My" or "AB-SOFT"), as the administrator of personal data, collects your personal data obtained during the contract, in particular:
- name (s) and name, e-mail address, contact address, company of the represented entity, telephone number, position,
- in the case of entrepreneurs, we also process: NIP, REGON, registered address, bank account number,
We collect your Personal Information for the following purposes:
- concluding and fulfilling the order and providing services for our services, including in particular the dispatch of ordered goods and payment processing, handling complaints,
- fulfillment of AB-SOFT obligations stipulated by law, including in particular issuing and storing invoices and accounting documents, as well as archiving purposes
- protection of AB-SOFT rights in accordance with the law, including in particular the recovery of overdue payments as part of debt collection processes and lawsuits,
AB-SOFT may transfer Personal Data to the following third parties for the purposes indicated in this document:
entities with which AB-SOFT has a concluded cooperation agreement ("Data Processor") in order to implement the contract that connects us, fulfill AB-SOFT obligations stipulated by law, protect AB-SOFT rights in accordance with the law and implement the justified interest of AB-SOFT within the meaning of provisions on the protection of personal data; in particular, AB-SOFT may transfer your Personal Data to entities such as: banks, companies supporting electronic settlements, companies collecting opinions, entities providing accounting services, companies providing postal and courier services. Such entities will be obliged under agreements with AB-SOFT to apply appropriate security, technical and organizational measures to protect Personal Data and process them only in accordance with the instructions provided by AB-SOFT.

You have legal rights to the protection of Personal Data. In accordance with applicable data protection law, you are entitled to submit a complaint to the competent supervisory authority (ie the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection or the successor body).
In addition, you have the right to:
- request access to Personal Data; the data subject is entitled to obtain confirmation from AB-SOFT whether personal data concerning him is being processed and, if so, he is entitled to access to them. AB-SOFT will provide you with a copy of your Personal Data subject to processing upon request. For any subsequent copies you request, AB-SOFT may charge a reasonable fee resulting from administrative costs,
- correcting Personal Data; you have the right to rectify Personal Data that concerns you and which is incorrect. Taking into account the purposes of processing, you have the right to request supplementing incomplete Personal Data, including by providing an additional statement,
- deletion of Personal Data ("the right to be forgotten"); you have the right to request, if there are circumstances provided for by law, to immediately delete your Personal Data, and AB-SOFT is obliged to delete such Personal Data without undue delay,
- restrictions on the processing of your Personal Data; in this case, AB-SOFT will indicate such personal data upon your request, and their processing may be limited only for specific purposes,
- transfer of Personal Data; under certain conditions, you have the right to receive, in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, Personal Information about you, processed by AB-SOFT and you have the right to send this Personal Data to another entity,
- opposition; in certain circumstances, you have the right to object at any time - for reasons related to your particular situation - to the processing of your Personal Data, and AB-SOFT may be subject to the obligation to cease the processing of such Personal Data.

We would like to inform you about the possibility of periodical updating of this Information in accordance with applicable law (eg if we implement new systems or processes that involve the use of personal data) and in this case we will inform you accordingly about the changes.
1. General provisions
1.1 The privacy policy included in this document defines the principles of protection of confidential information, and in particular of Users' personal data, by the administrator of such data, i.e. AB-SOFT Sp. z o.o. hereinafter referred to as the Seller.
1.2 For the purposes of interpreting this document, the definitions included in the Store Regulations are applicable.
1.3. When operating the CLOGERS.COM online store, the Seller makes special efforts to protect the privacy and information provided to the Seller and regarding Users. This information and in particular Users' personal data are duly protected. By processing Users' personal data, the Seller pays special attention to the fact that these data are protected against their unauthorized access, processing in violation of applicable law.
1.4 The shop user may at any time ask the Seller to remove the personal data from the Seller's database, which results in immediate discontinuation of their processing for purposes consistent with the Store Regulations.
2. Personal data
2.1 When using the CLOGERS.COM online store, the User will be asked to provide his personal data when:
a) makes an account registration in the CLOGERS.COM online store,
b) is willing to receive a newsletter from the Seller (e-mail address),
c) place an order for goods in the online store (data needed to complete the shipment.
2.2. Users' personal data are used only for purposes indicated in the Store Regulations, that is for the purposes of providing services by the Seller, as well as for marketing purposes consistent with the scope of Seller's operation, including the Store, as well as for services and goods presented in the CLOGERS.COM online store.
2.3 In the case of personal data of Users who are natural persons and providing their personal data in the form provided on the CLOGERS.COM online store, the entity archiving this personal data is AB-SOFT Sp.z oo, with its registered office in Rabka-Zdrój (street Za Raba 2, 34-700 Rabka-Zdrój), entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000466700, Tax ID: 6050070916, REGON: 260703705 .
2.4. Personal data of Users purchasing goods in the online store CLOGERS.COM, necessary to complete the delivery, are transferred to entities providing delivery of ordered goods (courier companies, postal operators, etc.) for the purpose of delivering goods / services to the Purchaser.
3. Cookies
3.1. Cookies are small text files which the company AB-SOFT Sp. z o.o. uses it to identify visitors to the store's website, and thus to improve shopping. In this way, for example, the "Cart" function and its ability to "remember" work. Cookies are saved by the browser on the hard disk only for the duration of the session, they take up a small amount of space and do not affect the computer's work. Cookies do not contain information about the person.
Most web browsers automatically accept cookies. Saved and temporary cookies can be independently rejected or accepted using security settings. After deactivation of cookies, some elements on the site will be unavailable, and some websites may not be displayed correctly.
Without the explicit consent of the user, the company does not combine personal data (name, address, etc.) with the data stored in the cookie files that it uses. To be able to use the shopping basket function, you must accept cookies (temporary / permanent) !.
